BalanceFitLife was founded by Coach Ali with a mission to empower and support busy parents and/or professionals to achieve optimal health and fitness while balancing their demanding lifestyles.

I have had a passion for health and fitness for much of my life, which has included everything from martial arts to competitive bodybuilding. However, my own journey to find balance and time to focus on my health and fitness goals while
parenting young children amidst a busy career is what drove me to create BalanceFitLife.
Now I can help you get yourself back and find that balance once again too - because you deserve that and your family deserves the best version of you!
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, I am highly qualified and experienced in custom fitness program design. Every training plan is designed with unique goals, needs, and lifestyles at the forefront for optimal adherence and success.
BalanceFitLife offers fitness coaching, online personal training, and nutrition coaching with Coach Ali, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and NASM Virtual Coaching Specialist.
I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, especially with your busy lifestyle. As your online fitness coach, my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals - we’re in this together!
I will analyze your body type, BMI, health & injury history, physical fitness level, and any muscle imbalances to create your individualized fitness plan.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails, but as your online fitness coach, I’m here to hold you accountable so that does not happen! My ultimate goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
